From what I can tell, it's some kind of contest/scavenger hunt and you can get free Mac software.

you can sign up at the website now without invitation. It's already started, and i don't know if you can go back and get the apps already released, but i've already got over $100 worth of free stuff now, and i can only imagine that it gets alot better!
