matx+855GME+PCI-X=omg

I was surfing newegg trying to find a 865 mobo in matx with oc features in bios (still looking
any suggestions???) and i found this under DFI

what got my attention was the PCI-X slot (perfect home for my scsi card

I thought the 865GV chipset didnt support agp?
i may have to sell off some of my p4's and get a Pentium M
