Max Voltage for A-Data PC6400 1gb sticks?

and I was wondering if anyone knows what the max voltage I can push through them is?

user reviews were not very good.some reviewers had trouble overclocking,whick ment they could not push voltage to high or ,did not try

I got 900mhz out of them with 2.0v but I want to know if it's safe to go higher. I also haven't really messed with the timings at all. They'll also do 4-4-4-12 on 1.9v at 800mhz.
