mc master carr tubing

Yeah thats what I was looking for, you have to put it in hot water before you can fit it over the barbs right?

And I surf hardforum and post on my psp while at work thats why my post was kind of weak.

you cannot deep link into mcmater carr. Their (they dont make tubing) supply of tubing is from all the top of the line suppliers and full specs are given as well as a guide as to what types of tubing and the properties they have are good for whatever.

Watercooling is not a demanding application.

Saint-Gobain is the actual company that makes Tygon, Masterkleer, Primochill, Clearflex which are just trade names. Masterkleer is not all that great and its not bad either. A good low cost utility hose that does well in watercooling systems but by no means the best. You spend $$$ on pump etc. a few bucks for good hose wont kill you.

Just look for tubing in the Fittings, Pipe, Tubing and Hose section on the front page it will take you right to a drill down selector.

I prefer NSF or FDA speced for food/beverage use as you can be much more certain that crap will not outgas/leach from the plastic into your coolant.

Just a rough wack at what is available in clear 1/2 ID general use stuff for use with barbed fittings. I used the wire reinforced in my old school system and 5 years later its still good as new. Cannot kink it but it will not take sharp bends and you need wire nippers to cut it to length.

If you are not up on technical specs etc, just buy the masterclear from wherever you can get it the cheapest.
