Under normal overclocking circumstances with a decent amount of airflow you should not need RAM cooling.
Having said that if you either have a 4x1 configuration or are cranking the bajesus out of it then I'd recommend an Antec SpotCool. It keeps my 4x1 of aXeRam nice and cool @ 1200 as this stuff gets HOT! By HOT I mean burn your figure and leave some skin behind YEEEHAW kind of hot.
