Looking at three different selections here and wonder if there are any opinions on them pro or con. I have used Corsair Dominator in the past but there's not much there for this build. Am looking at 1.5 v memory. If it matters the build will have an ASUS P8P67 DELUXE Intel P67 Rev 3 B3

Here is what I am looking at: Corsair Vengeance and Gskill Ripjaws. The links:

Have not used Gskill or Ripjaws before but seems people around here like it. If I could find a Dominator set in CAS 8 with 1.5 v I might pop for it as I have had good luck with the line. The Gskill CAS 8 has a nice discount right now and there is also that 15 percent off special right now.

Any thoughts Pro Con or other suggestions? I have read a bunch of topics on this subject but nothing has settled it yet.

Quick edit: Looking for 2 x 4 gig sets for 8 gigs per pair.

Well you missed out on a deal to get 8gb of ripjaws X for $75 the other day, but apparently newegg is running a 15% off memory coupon for the next day or two so now's the best time to buy. If I had to choose from what you showed I'd get http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233144

some people say paying for 1600 over 1333 isn't worth it. If that's the case then paying more for CAS 8 over CAS 9 definitely isn't worth it. Most modules should be able to do CAS 8 out of the box.

8gb of 1866 CAS9 Vengeance is the same price as 8gb of 1600 CAS 8 vengeance. Both are essentially a waste. my ripjaws 1600 CAS 9 do 1866 CAS 9 easily.

Just get the $100 ripjaws x or vengeance 1600 CAS 9 and choose which heatsink you like better.
