Might build new comp... need suggestions

Hey everyone,

I am thinking of building a new computer and I need some suggestions. This computer will be used for Video / Sound editing (Vegas and SoundForge), programming (dreamweaver and vb), tv watching/recording (hardware encoding), storage, and normal stuff (internet, work, mail, etc). This will NOT be used for gaming.

Here is what I was thinking. Dont flame but suggestions are welcome. Price is currently no object (im still thinking).

Video Card: BFG Nvidia GeForce 6800 Ultra OC (hope I can find)
Sound Card: Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS Platinum Pro
TV Tuner: Hauppauge WinTV PVR 350 (tv watching and recording - will use BeyondTV)
DVD/CDRW: Sony 16X DVD / 52X CDRW Combo Drive
DVDRW: Sony DRU-710A 16X Double Layer DVD Recorder

I like everything I see, except for the speakers. I'd get the Klipsch Ultra 5.1's instead of the 680's

Im going to use the Klipsh Ultra for a gaming pc. I know they are amazing speakers.
