Mis-aligned text, graphics card issue?

I have given a link to a picture of my banking website where the locate us boxes are misaligned (the black bar running through them). It doesn't happen on all web sites, just on certain websites with forms or fields. I updated the drivers of my graphics card to the maximum and it's both in IE and Firefox. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Note: I am currently using a 22" LG Flatron W2252TQ if that helps in case it could also be a monitor issue

Looks like you have the Font DPI settings above the stock 96 DPI. That can cause all kinds of interesting layout problems on web sites that assume a font face size of N is equal to N pixels.
