Motherboard causing errors in memtest?

Whenever I try to run above around 210FSB, I get about 100,000 errors per pass in memtest Test 5. I know it's not the memory, as I've tested it and it'll run at least 240 at 2-2-2-5, with no errors after a couple hours of memtest. Windows is even highly unstable at 200FSB at 2-2-2-5 timings. I'm pretty sure the motherboard is at fault, but could there be any other reason this is happening? The power supply has crossed my mind a couple times, but I really doubt it's causing the problems.

I just wanted to get a few more opinions before I buy a new board.

Specs:
Mobile XP 2200+@ stock(For now. Runs 2.5ghz no sweat.)
MSI K7N2 Delta L(I've heard nForce 2 boards have problems at higher FSB)
Leadtek 6600GT
2x512mb TwinMOS SP
WD 80GB
Thermaltake 480W(Yeah, yeah, I know. There's adjustable POTs so it's not too bad. Rails are excellent.)
