MS-DOS and/or Windows 3.11 Question

Is it still possible to legally acquire a copy of MS-DOS say 5 or above and Windows 3.11 for Workgroups? From what I've been able to gather on the web Microsoft is selling these anywhere and the only legal way to get them would be to snag a retail version on eBay with COA. Am I right or has ol' M$ released these ancient OSes for our vintage gaming pleasure.

ms no longer sells these.. but there are thousands of copies out there to buy..as for dos..try www.freedos.org
