I have a few, does anyone want to trade one for another steam game?
Much appreciated XacTactX!
Does anyone think there is a possibility of your steam account being banned for using this key?
You people sadden me. You have a "few" keys that you got for nothing, and already you're trying to "trade" them for games? Seriously? Especially given that certain people have given away what, 50, 60 keys already, free?

Just wait for follow-up e-mails, guys.Thank you for your purchase from NVIDIA. Your key code is now available for Metro 2033.
4 activation emails and still no Metro
Are you saying not asking for something in return for a trade is a necessary condition for when someone gives away the same item for free?
I dont think so, it's their error. Worst case scenario (in my mind) would be them invalidating your key.

what did I learn today? piracy is bad but it is ok to ass rape a company if someone screws up.
Just remember that that somebody out there today probably lost their job.
Well, depends on your definition of "wrong" from a moral or technical standpoint. I'm hesitant to call it immoral, so I'll just say I find it distasteful for people to attempt to make a free buck at the expense of [H] Members. I mean, if we all were trying to get the absolute best price, we wouldn't try to sell our stuff here, at least, I wouldn't. I'd turn to Ebay or Craigslist or some sort of classified service, since it gets more eyeballs.
I think it's fine for people to ask for something in exchange. I just don't agree with the practice, that's all.

Fair enough.

After these I only have a few left, and Im still open to steam key trades
Thats life. Wonder how many people at Intel or their vendors are going to lose their job over the faulty SB parts?? Thats supposedly gonna be 300-700mil for that issue!
Given that it was an nvidia error I don't think anything will happen with steam

I've made mistakes in life.
I've also paid for *every* one of them.
I have no sympathy, it's just a tough break for them.
Update: Steam is revoking all keys it seems.
The game is no longer on the library list.
Same, went to resume my dl, and it wouldn't go. Went to the product page and it didn't say I owned the game, like it would for something you already own, and it wasn't in my games list.
Ouch. Painful. :/
I wonder if the people with the download manager version are suffering the same fate?
