multiple sites on 1 external ip

hey guys prolly a really dumb question but is there a way i can serve 2 sites from my house using 1 external ip? im using apache to serve btw like i said prollly a really dumb question but ive only served 1 site at a time and its not exactly my specialty. any help apriciated, thanks!

Yes, it's called virtual hosting. The documentation for the web server you're using should tell you how to set it up. You'll also need to have DNS for both domains pointed at the single IP.

You will want to look into name based vitual hosting as opposed to IP/address based virtual hosting.
