my LG 17" L1750SQ fuzzy green stuff?

well, i have a LG 17" L1750SQ LCD monitor, but it has this fuzzy green stuff that goes all over the screen all the time, sometimes it goes away, then comes back for another long while then goes away, its annoying, makes everything look wacked, anyone know the problem, and any solutions?
