My Old PSU running Low Voltages.

Hi my old thermaltake psu 600watt was running low voltages at 4.4 and 4.5 on +5v Rail. I just checked yesterday with a multimeter. What could be result if the voltages are low on +5v rail. If i continued to use that old psu. Right now iam using 750 PP&C PSU. Thanks
