for the tittle,i specially brought a Zalman ZM80D-HP and ZM-OP1 to lower the temperature.i use the 12v connecter for the ZM-OP1,but it is not very sactisfactory since it still goes high(50'C or so)when the system full-load lasting for about a half day.but i hvnt got to much acvtivity cooling in my case.just a TT7A for my Throton 2000+ oc 2.2G,and ZM- NB47J for northbridge heatsink,a 12 volt case fan for inhaling air in front of the case.
anybody tell me that is the ZM80D performing normal? cause i just took an hour for the ZM80D installation.

That cooler isnt known for low temps as much as it's known for no noise.

If you wanted good temps, you should've gotten the VGA Silencer.

I have one of those on my Sapphire 9800 Pro (flashed to XT) and it runs wicked cool.

but i cant find any shops even online-shop sold the arctic VGA Silencer :(

it also might be more cheaper than the 80HD

now i reinstalled the 80hd,n changed the air flow of my case, blow the hot air form the viCard to the mb,then draw by the cpu-fan(max.6000rpm),at last draw it out of my case, now stabley keep the GPU temp under 60,the ENV temp keep under 37 after finished the 3dMark 05.
i think i'v make mistake with the extremities of the heatpipe :(
but it was rly rly hard to install properly
