Need a net monitor

I'm looking for a freeware net usage monitor that would run in stealth mode and would collect website addresses, etc. Anything like that available? Yes, we have someone being bad and need to get proof.

Are you looking to run it on the machine (suggested by the stealth mode comment). If they are using IE it's easier to just pull a copy of the index.dat file and match the websites visited against the login times in the system logs. I was able to find out much more than I ever wanted to know about an employee's "tastes" after doing this at the request of a boss once.

Granted if you are using this to actually fire someone instead of just smack them on the nose you might want more detailed information and logging.

Opps, Yes, it would run locally on a Win98 PC that uses IE.
