need cheap video card

I need a new low-end video card for under $110 and someone has directed me to this sapphire ati radeon 9600 card. http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=14-102-289&depa=0 Chances are im just going to use this video card with my tv tuner and play my nascar racing 4 game since i already have an xbox for gaming. So would the card mentioned fit my low-end needs?

There's a 9600Pro for 110. Your best bet would be to go with the 9600Pro for your price range.

Yeah the 9600 is a decent card, but as the others stated, the 9600 Pro is better and is still in your price range.

but on the subject again... I would imagine that the card from newegg can do what you need.... don't have a tuner so can't really say...
