So, I'm building a computer. I have most parts already, however I still need to buy a motherboard. I have an i5 Sandy Bridge CPU, GTX 460 1024MB overclocked, and 8GB of DDR3 1600 ram.

These are the two mobos I'm looking at, what do you guys think is the better one?

I do like the fact that the Biostar one has a 3 year warranty, but I like the all of the many I/O connections on the ASRock one, I've just never heard of ASrock before, so I'm slightly suspicious..

Thanks!

Not sure about either board but as far as ASRock goes, it is a subsidiary of Asus and has a good reputation, so don't be put off by that.

Asrock gets good reviews, I believe there is an extra year warranty for purchases before June 30. Two rears instead of one because of the B3 exchange.
The Biostar is a good budget board, I have the TH67B and my only disappointment is the BIOS, but then its not one I am used to. I do not find it intuitive (experience is AMD Gigabyte). The T-series are traditionally Biostar's better boards.
Was looking at the Asrock but went for a shell shocker low price.
The ASrock Z68 PRO3 IS $8 more shipping, if it matters.
I didn't feel comfortable with so few USB ports on the Biostar and added an expansion slot mounted four more..

Do you know how you get that extra year warranty on the Asrock motherboard? Because if I can get a 2 year warranty on that one I'm getting that one for sure.
