need help !!!

for now i have my all my programs and OS on one 250 gb HDD , but im not very lucky with this drive and want to replace it with two 80 gb HDD in RAID 0 . So far so good , but i dont want to install all my programs on the new drives again and copy all my files and so on and so on.....
my question is is there a fast way i could get everything including OS (winXP pro SP2) copied to the new drives ???

You could use a Windows PE edition with Symantec Ghost built into it. As long as you have your RAID drivers on a floppy disk, you should be able to image the drive from the single to the RAID with no problems. I have never had a problem doing it this way myself.
