Need new northbridge fan for KN8 Ultra

Just as the title suggests, the northbridge fan on my in-law's pc is going out. The board is a KN8 Ultra, and it looks like the fan is attached with some plastic pins, and a 3 pin fan header. Having zero experience with northbridge fans and heatsinks, I was wondering what I could replace it with. The fan that is on there now (tiny little bugger) appears to be attached with just some plasting pins. Also, a replacement that doesn't require removal of the motherboard would be nice, not manditory, but nice. There is no overclock either to worry about.

You'll pretty much have to remove the motherboard as you have to get at the bottom of the pins to pinch and remove them.
