Need some memory advice fast!

Okay so I've been looking at getting the G.skill 2GBHZ memory because of all of the great reports on how good they are and how well they overclock. But they are priced at about $270 at newegg. Only problem is I just found some Crucial Ballistix (BL2KIT12864AA804) that come out to $190 AR on Newegg. Which one should I go for?

BTW, I'm building an E6600 with a P5W DH DLX and am planning on overclocking to around the 3.2-3.6 range. Someone please give some input, thanks.
 
same rated speed, timings, and memory chips.. i'd say the two are basically identical
 
too late...newegg just sold out. Man I take two hours to make sure that I'm getting a good product and it sells out. This sucks.
