Need Vista for a few weeks to test an app

I need to do some testing with a specific application on Vista. I have looked around for a trial version, but can't seem to find anything that works. The easiest thing for me seems to be to buy a trial version of the software and not activate it. Then in a few weeks when I'm done, just sell the unactivated copy to someone else. Does that sound like it would work and not violate any agreements? I want to be sure that the disc I sell can be properly activated.
 
If you install it but don't put in the CD-key, you get a 30 day trial I believe.
 
Yup, just get your hands on any vista install DVD and you can install it without activating or entering a code for 30 days.
