negative temps on air?

I just installed an Athlon 4200 X2

my config is in the sig. orthos won't go stable at stock for more then 10 seconds. in bios it says my v12 is at 11.57 and in windows using corecenter it shows as 12.25. also my CPU temps are negative numbers? any ideas?

well, I'm no genius, but blowing room temperature air on something will only cool it to room temperature. so, unless you are blowing refrigerated air on the cpu, you shouldn't be in the negatives. the lowest I have seen my cpu, i run fans only, is 22 degrees celsius, which is a little above room temperature. I believe you have a driver issue or your sensors are muddled up. and you can't rule out a doa cpu.

a reboot fixed that negative temp. the problem i am facing now is a really unstable system. i am getting constant reboots and system shutdowns.
