NEOPower 480: Should I do anything about it running 0.01v low across the board? ZZZZZ

I know it is after the regulators on the Mobo, and the Monitors are cheap, but since they are low across the board....

One thing, my UPS (which is not hooked up to the NEOPower) keeps beeping because the AC power around here is low. Fuckers.

Is it just the active PFC on the power supply?

Are you serious? 0.01 volt? ATX spec is a 10% for 12v and 5% for 3.3v and 5v margin of error. You're within that even if you meant 0.1v.
