Just showed up.. I don't even know if I will bother to speed test these as I'm sure they are pretty well the exact same capability as the Dell switches (Marvell Prestera chipset) and there are plenty of people who have benched the Dells.

Not rackmountable, but they are definitely more asthetic sitting on a desk, its got this reflective covering material on it, so it just blends... No fan, no noise, fits in one hand, very, very nice for gig switch.
 
I love my GS516T for home use. It functions perfectly. I haven't really hammered on it cause only one machine has gigabit ethernet, but the others will come soon.

Netgear makes decent hardware. We've got a few hundred FS105s and FS108s running around at work for "end-user" switches and we've had all of two die in the three years I've been there.
