network issues

For some reason my home network keeps getting set from private to public on it's own. And the admin password to access router options keeps getting reset on its own. And now i cant even access the internet. The router shows up in my network connections but fails to connect to the internet. The router is a Linksys E3000 and we have Comcast internet.

Update the firmware to the latest version from Linksys and disable WPS.
