Networking Printer Problem..

Ok here is my little problem..

My cousin called me and her networked printer didn't work. The printer is connected to a computer and the laptops print off of it. I went over her house and when you try to print it asks for a Guest account password from the computer to laptops. Then when you hit enter I get a message box saying 'Windows can't log in to the user account. And nothing happens.

So far I did an anti-virus scan with avast, ad-ware and spybot scan, and used a password recovery tool, but nothing came back.

I have ran out of ideas why this doesn't work now.
anyone have any ideas?

Is the guest account on the machine hosting the printer disabled?

I did try to enable it, but still asked for a password from the other computers. I even put a password on and entered it on the other computers and still says it is wrong.
