New Build Issue

I just build my new rig and am getting this error

Disk Read Error Occured Press CTRL + ALT + DEL To Restart

I am trying to install vista x64, the disk works in other pc's. the drive in the pc now will boot up a windows xp disc but when i put the vista disk in, the boot screen freezes until the open the disc tray and then it proceeds. when the vista dvd is in the tray the drive click, about every 5 seconds. i have burned a the disc again on a slower speed and still no luck.

Try another CD drive.

+1 yea it sounds like computer doesn't like your optical.

Or try another disc burned from another drive. or try the same drive that burned the disc.
