new build- thoughts?

i had really wanted a atx(non mini) board with onboard video, 4 ddr slots, pci-e slot in 939, but i gave up on the non mini. i need the onboard video because i wont be getting my new video card until after christmas and i'd like to be able to build my machine before then.

what do you guys think? any changes you would make?

total cost = 334.37 after shipping.

also considering the asrock MB, but dont know naything about them.
the agp/pci-e option is a plus for the board.

what can you tell me about them v. biostar?
