New Computer

I am looking to build a new computer (well mobo/cpu/vc/power supply) and would like to keep it reasonable as far as price. This is what I have found so far all from Newegg.

AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice Core
DFI Lanparty NF4 Ultra-D Socket 939
BFG 6800 256M PCI-E x16
Antec Neopower 480
Corsair XMS 3200

This totals approx $800 which is the high mark on what I would spend. What would / should I change if anything? I am not partial to Nvidia or Ati so feel free to throw that around if something is better. I have had good luck with both companies. Thanks.
 
i would try some ocz ram. dfi nforce 4 boards seem to be finicky with corsair. i would look into some ocz or go to dfi street.com and see what others are using for ram. :D
 
Thanks for the heads up on that!!! Nothing would ruin a new pc than trying to diagnose one of those problems :D.
