New Crucial Ballistix 2x2gb?

Just found these on Newegg. Are they new? What is the probability that these will suffer from the same problems that the 2x1gb kits seem to have?

My experience tells me it's the motherboards that usually cause the Ballistix demise. The volts seems to run higher than stated in the BIOS. I found that setting the volts at 2.1 instead of 2.2 fixes the problem.
