New MoBO choice?

Can't decide between these two mobos:

The winner is going to get teamed up with 3700+ and Patriot ram .

Which one would you go for? Any comments about changes or anything are welcome, Thanks, Lefty

I'd get the Abit since it has the Ultra chipset vs. the 4X chipset. The differences are minimal (SATA2 support and the hardware firewall which sucks, and the 1000mhz HT link vs. the 800mhz).

Don't know if it's worth the extra $15 or so.

I have the Abit with the setup in sig and absolutely love it. Super stable and no setup problems at all.
