New Nvidia drivers, but can't install

Hey guys, I'm on Vista x64 and I noticed that they released a new set of drivers today--163.75. So I download and try to install and I get the following message:

The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run as been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify its integrity, and try again.

I've tried downloading multiple times now, and I get the same message. Is anyone else?

I'm not sure this driver has any advantage over the 169.01 beta.

Sounds like its corrupted somehow, though.

I waiting an hour or so, re-downloaded and it installed fine.
