New system for a friend

This system will be used as a server. It must be able to perform very cpu intensive tasks for extended periods of time. It must also be able to handle some occasional gaming. Now here is what I am thinking so far.

It would be helpful if you guys could fill in the missing components. I am not really in sync with the latest tech so I am not aware of whats on the market right now.
 
A server and you are sticking a 8800gts in there. Some people just have money to burn I guess. I wonder what your gaming computer is like... :D
 
What about the IP35-Pro? The reviews on the board look good. Can I expect the board to run 24/7 and be under high load?

What do you think about the power supply? Also what is so good about the Thermalright?

Would this be able to compare with the thermalright?

BTW this system is for my friend, who will buy it with his money, lol. I am far too cheap to buy something this expensive. He wanted a high end video card for some reason...even though he will use it mostly for business purposes.

I don't know why people here are so partial to Abit and Asus. I have the Gigabyte P35-DQ6 and it is great. It is made well and runs cooler than the others. Running cooler should mean something to someone that is building a PC that will be running all the time
