New video card, which to get

i'm looking for an AGP card, looking to spend under or around 250. i'm interested in a 256 meg card whos sole purpose in life is to play bf2 very beautifully. i have no real preferance between ati and nvidia. i'm thinking of either getting the x800 or the 6800. what should i get? neither? thanks.
 
6800GT or X800XL (whichever's cheaper). Either an X800GTO or GTO2 might be a better value, but i havent read much about those.
 
The GT or the XL there both really good. If your only interested in BF2 do some benchmarks to see which will do better.
