News section MIA?

The news subforum just stopped showing up when I logged in, but it shows up when I'm not logged in. I'm using IE8. Bug or am I being punished?

It looks more like my access to the News area was revoked since posts I made in it aren't showing up on search for me

Yea, they're showing up searching while not logged in, too; nothing when I'm logged in
