No sound from tv tuner.

I hooked up my tv tuner last night. I've had it in my closet for like a year. It seems to be working fine except that i cant seem to get any audio from it. how do i set it up so i can watch tv with sound?

need some more details. how do you have it hooked up? what software are you using?

did you remember to use the cross over cable from your tv card's line out to your sound cards line in/mic input?
