My son brought me his computer to try to fix. He thought it was his monitor but it isn't since it tested fine in another PC.

The board is a DFI 865PE-TAG with a Radeon 9600 Pro. I tried a different AGP card and even a PCI card but I don't get anything. The HDD's spin and the DVD's light up but nothing on the screen. I swapped out RAM, too.

Where do I go from here? Thanks for any help!

try using the clear cmos jumper on your mobo, then see if that helped. First unplug everything, leaving only the mobo, cpu, vid card, cooler and keyboard hooked up, see if it boots up. If u have another PC available, try testing your PSU, then u should check the RAM, try testing your dimm(s) in the other PC also.
