Hi, i'm going to buy/replace my intake/outtake 12cm fans, and i can't choose which one should i get.

PC 1: PC-A17, 12cm outtake, 2x12cm intake which will pull air through meshed front cover and push through 2+2 disks (imagine 3 drive 5.25 inch positions, place 2 disks in top and bottom positions - that's where drives will be).
PC 2: PC-V1000, 12cm intake at drive bays (same situation as in PC-A17, pull via meshed front, push via 2 disks), 12cm outtake at back.

Now, my primary choices are :
1) Noiseblocker MF12-S1 or MF12-S2.
2) Noctua NF-S12-800 or Noctua NF-S12-1200.

Noiseblockers are ~40% more expensive ($36.5) than Noctuas ($25.5). Noiseblockers have better color scheme (black), not that ugly brown color of noctuas.

Fans which i don't want to use :
1) Noctua NF-P12 - i own one and even if it is not exremly noisy, it's not either silent as case fan.
2) Nexus/Yate Loon - they are silent only when regulated down a lot, and these are fans which i'm going to replace. Yate Loon is same as Nexus, plus impossible to buy here in Slovakia.
3) Scythe - i have negative experiences with them, aka noisy clicking.

Ok, update.

For PC 2 i already decided for Noiseblocker MF12-S1, it's worth the try. But i'm still undecided about PC 1. The outtake will be a regulated NF-P12 (probably at 600-700RPM). The question is what to use as intake. Will be NF-S12-1200 at 600-700RPM able to pull air via meshed front and push it through 2 disk drives mounted behind it ?

I haven't really heard much of a difference with my Noctua. Definitely a major reject throwing away 20 bucks on a stupid fan. My fav so far is Hiper (believe it or not) as I have found them to be hands down the most silent fan I have ever owned even without fan control, though mine is 80mm :X Cost only 5 bucks

There is one major problem with your recommendation - availability. Maybe you have noticed that i'm not in US but in "Bratislava, Slovakia". That means that my possibilities are heavily restricted. Yate Loon is nearly impossible to buy here, same applies for your Hiper fans.

And about silence with those Hiper fans - my major deciding factor is not only silence, but silence for long time, at least 1-2 years. If i want silence only for short time i would buy Xilence, which is quiet - for half year.
