Unless your sister is 10 and fits the target demographic for this phone, keep the receipt, if shes the typical teenager she's going to hate the lack of apps that all her iPhone and Android friends have and she can't get.

this particular phone is the best deal around.

and as an iphone owner there are only a couple apps that are actually critical for a normal cell phone user...

other than a real instagram app W8 has them as of today.... not 1 year ago
