OCZ Support forums has a sticky with instructions and download links for those interested in getting TRIM support or GC support depending on the way your drive is installed.
If you upgraded to the beta firmware 1.4x, you will need to back flash to 1.10 then to 3.something and then to the official 1.4 or 1.41 firmware. There are two because one allows TRIM to work in IDE/AHCI and the other is to enable the GC for RAID.
***Flashing to 1.10 is DESTRUCTIVE*** So you will need to backup your data before you flash if you fall into the group that requires the 1.4b-->1.10-->1.3-->1.4/1.41 procedure.
I haven't tried it yet since I feel like playing games tonight. I'll flash in the morning after my morning cup of coffee.
