I know this stuff is rated at 2.1V, but does anyone know if it'll work at slower speeds at 2V? The motherboard I want to get only supports up to 2V.

Yes I have the same RAM and its being fed by 1.9V. The 2.1V rating is the max amount of voltage you can feed it and still be under warranty.
