Of the following three options, which makes the most sense for Sandy Bridge?

I'm planning on building a new PC with 8 gigs of memory in January once Sandy Bridge is released. At the moment, I'm running a dual core Opteron on a socket 939 motherboard with DDR RAM, so I need to buy new memory.

Having said that, boxing day is tomorrow, and I can get some pretty good deals on select types of RAM, or I can instead spend more and get other RAM...

The 3 options that I have are:
Mushkin Silverline 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-10666, 1333MHz 9-9-9-24 (996770)
http://canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=24_311_312_611&item_id=035006 for $69.99

2X Corsair XMS3 Classic 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9 DIMM, Optimized for Core i5, i7 and Core 2 (CMX4GX3M2A1600C9)
http://canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=24_311_312_612&item_id=025353 for $59.98

Or go with something else entirely, but that will cost more.

The Silverline would leave 2 DIMM slots open for future upgrades, but is only 1333MHz, while the XMS3 would fill up all my slots, but is 1600MHz (and is rated for 1.65V as opposed to 1.5V which I understand may be a problem on Sandy Bridge).

What are your opinions? Should I buy one of the two options, or should I hold off and get something different? I'm trying to stay under $100 for the RAM before taxes, but can go over if necessary.
