About a year ago I bought MS Office 2007 Ultimate through the Ultimate Steal deal for students. Well I upgraded to Windows 7 yesterday, after backing up my files. Since I knew the Vista back-up utility doesn't save applications, I *thought* I made sure the installation .exe was saved. Unfortunately, I saved the office2007 service pack 2 patch file instead. I went back to my order form online through the Ultimate Steal site, but it said that my 30-day period to download the program has [obviously] expired.
Maybe I can plead my case tomorrow on the phone with them... If not then... well I'll have to see then.
