Ok to erase temp files

Is it ok to erase temp files?
Because my Computer crashes because of a "serious error"
would cc cleaner take the "crap" out....

being a temp folder, i assume everything in there is ok to erase, but i want to make sure...

Yeah, they're fine to delete.

CCleaner should clear them out and is actually better then doing it manually.
