I've been having an issue where if One Care's firewall is active, I can ping the other computers on my network but other computers cannot ping me. Is there a way to fix it without disabling my firewall all the time?
Look around in the Advanced Options part of the configuration for Windows OneCare and there should be something about 'ICMP Echo Requests'. The common name for such things is a 'ping'. Just make sure that these are all enabled.
