If you want to use Opera's Interface to access WindowsUpdate, just read the info.
Don't get too excited. It just embeds IE in Opera, which basically allows Opera to be the front end for IE, but it does allow windows update through Opera. (pay attention to the warnings on that thread though). The plugin will also work in Firefox.(Although there are more display bugs with the plugin compared to Opera)
