OS X Application problems

um i'm starting to get this error with more and more programs i install.
"I<Adobe ImageReady CS><Apple;Carbon;Multimedia><CFMPriv_DVComponentGlue><>"

can anyone tell mewhat this means? It errors out and gives me this message saying it won't open the application.
