This is not a PC connected to Exchange. So if its left on when a rule and template built to send and auto reply I see that it does after testing. However, if this persons PC is set to turn off hard disk after 1 hour, never sleep and never hibernate will Outlook beable to send a reply if the hard disk is off or will Win XP Pro wake up the disk to finish the task. Or do I have to have the HDD set to never turn off?

Also, on this PC there are three email accounts. I've sent email to each of these to test the auto reply. But I only got back the auto reply from the default email account. It appears that Outlook is smart enough to know to only send a reply once and not from each account. Is this true?

Thanks in advance.
