P5B or DS3 with a E6300?

i've been reading up on consumer complaints about both mother boards... and also looking at these boards... i notice that "P5B" is plastered everywhere, and its not a good thing most of the time. I understand that people tend to bitch more than complement, so if you have had a good experience with one board or the other POST IT HERE.

Trying to figure out which im gunna buy.

At what point do the complaints come in? I am running a P5B vanilla. I have only had it for a week, and my PSU fan even died on me the first day (so there was alot of reboots and sudden power cuts) and the P5B seems fine. Of course I am not going to overclock but everything is A ok so far.
